Fanar Ghali Ensemble
Fanar Ghali works music from the middle east, North Africa and Danish Music. Fanar works with Danish musicians, and attempts to apply a Danish tone to oriental music and the other way round. The result is a melting together, wich enriches the cultural enheritage of the two worlds. This idea, aiming at an intercultural exchange, contains also the Danish and Atabian poetry. Here Fanar Ghali has had a rich collaboration with a.o. Naja Marie Aidt, Ursula Andkjær Olsen and Duna Ghali.
Has a.o. performed ati "Images of The Middle East", "Sangens år" and "Cph´s litteraturfestival".
